The International Economic Development Council always has great resources, but of particular interest is their site RestoreYourEconomy.org. that has everything from a Leadership toolkit to Guidance for Business and Employers.

Virginia’s Small Business Development Centers are an amazing resource and partner for our communities. Their Covid-19 information is incredibly helpful, but they are also the keepers of the Small Business Administration’s Disaster and Economic Injury Loan information. NOTE: Nonprofits can apply for this funding for operations, too!
