BREAKING NEWS – Rebuild! VA: Small Business Grant Program

Welcome (Open)The Commonwealth of Virginia has created a new grant program to assist small businesses and nonprofit organizations throughout the state who have faced unprecedented economic distress due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The statewide Rebuild VA program will provide grants of up to three times the applicant’s average monthly eligible expenses up to a maximum award of $10,000. The program will be capitalized with $70 million, and half of the proceeds will be directed toward small businesses and nonprofits located in economically disadvantaged areas, including ensuring adequate representation of women-owned and minority-owned businesses.

Rebuild VA will help address the vast challenges that small businesses and nonprofits across our Commonwealth are facing as they work to recover from the COVID-19 pandemic.” – Governor Ralph Northam

The Rebuild VA grant application will be available starting on August 10, 2020.
