PastForward: National Preservation Conference

The National Trust for Historic Preservation’s (NTHP) annual preservation conference will be held virtually on Oct. 27-30, and registration has opened to the public. The virtual PastForward conference will showcase the vital preservation work taking place across the nation and feature more than 32 sessions on topics such as racial justice and equity, dealing with the effects of the pandemic, climate change, the challenges facing America’s main streets and more.

Main Street America (MSA) members are receiving an exclusive registration rate of only $75 for all three days, including access to all session recordings for 12 months. For the discounted rate of only $150, members can also register up to 10 attendees with the same email suffix address at no additional cost. On Oct. 30, NTHP has dedicated a full day to Main Street content, starting with a special plenary session announcing the 2020 Great American Main Street Award (GAMSA) winners. The plenary remains free of charge and open to everyone, but registration is required.

Advocates and architects, city planners and historic site directors, students and elected officials, and Main Street directors — if you have a role in preserving the places that made America and sustain its people, learn more and register today!
