With generous support from the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, Main Street America has launched an Entrepreneurial Ecosystems resource center that’s designed to help revitalization professionals lead and develop initiatives that support innovative entrepreneurship. The online center contains a variety of tools, resource examples, blogs and research from Main Street America and the vast Main Street Network. It will remain organic and ever-growing as communities continue to explore this area of focus and new innovation arises within the field.
Apart from the many great resources featured, the resource center, most notably, contains Main Street America’s new Building A Community Entrepreneurial Ecosystem – A Self Guided Training for Communities guide. This free, downloadable resource features helpful templates and embedded tools, such as the Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Audit Tool and the Organization Implementation Matrix.
