In March 2020, Main Street America (MSA) conducted a small business survey on the economic and community impacts of the emerging COVID-19 pandemic. They heard from more than 5,000 small businesses across the nation, and you can see the results from that survey here. Now, MSA once again turns to Main Street communities, eager to hear about the challenges small business owners are facing today and the ways they are thinking about their respective futures.
Intended for small business owners, the 2022 survey includes up to 21 questions and will likely take about 10 minutes to complete. No individual responses will be published or shared in any personally identifiable way, and aggregated results will be shared on the MSA website.
The survey will be open for participation until 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 17, 2022, and we strongly encourage all Main Street organizations, localities and others to share the survey with small business owners in their community!
