The Virginia Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) will hold a webinar on May 03, 2022 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. to celebrate Business Appreciation Month and help participants learn more about Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFI). Hosted by the Virginia Small Business Resiliency Fund (VSBRF) and the Virginia CDFI Coalition, the training will review how CDFIs take traditional financial tools and use them in innovative ways to help people build wealth. CDFIs ensure that integrity and respect are woven into every policy, procedure, product and service they offer. Essentially, it’s people-centric banking.

Come hear from leaders in the CDFI field on how they are expanding economic opportunities by providing access to capital to businesses in Virginia!
