This new entity will compliment the efforts of the Downtown Lynchburg Association (DLA), a nationally accredited and Advancing Virginia Main Street (AVMS) program, to sustain and develop downtown Lynchburg as a vital economic, cultural, recreational, residential and historic center for the community and greater region.
