Five finalists have been chosen to present their worthwhile project ideas at the Third Annual Main Street Idea Pitch! The event will be held virtually on November 17, 2020 from 11:00 a.m.-1:30 p.m. The annual competition is geared toward inspiring the Virginia Main Street (VMS) network of community leaders to craft imaginative downtown project ideas that connect to the community’s vision and create vibrant, people-centered places to live, work and invest. Applications have been reviewed, and the finalists are now preparing to present at the live event. Join us to see them pitch their project idea and potentially score a $5,000 award! In total, 14 applications were submitted, and the following communities were chosen as finalists:
