Our opening plenary will feature the Orton Family Foundation. The Foundation’s Community Heart & Soul program is a catalyst for positive change in small cities and towns. This resident-driven model takes into account the unique character of people who live there – a town’s “heart and soul”. This program has been implemented in dozens of communities across the US to bring people together to build stronger, healthier, and more economically vibrant communities.

Take advantage of the early bird rate now through May 11. You will save $50 off the normal rate, so register now! Click here to register.
